Her background is Egyptian and is able to speak Arabic and French languages also. This service is available to all Notre Dame Clinic patients by calling Sydney Medical Service (02) 8724 6300. Private Practice Fees ( non Medicare card holders ) Standard Consultation $55.00 Consultation 15 - 30 mins $80.00 Long Consultation $110.00 Pre-Employment Medicals $120.00 + GST.
