Nobby's Perfect Poultry, Endeavour Hills, VIC

Two days before Christmas I went to Nobby's Perfect Poultry in Endeavour Hills and purchased a 4.2kg rolled turkey. I paid $74.00 which is a fair price. On Christmas Day I cooked the turkey (as per the instructions that came with it) for four hours. When I started carving the turkey it all fell to pieces as it was mostly stuffing and only a small amount of turkey. I was disgusted and returned with the other half of the turkey roll to get a refund. The manager was rude and condescending and refused to reimburse me $74 He kept saying "what do you want me to do about about it?" The manager did not apologise or take any responsibility for the crap turkey roll. He eventually gave me 10 chicken breast schnitzels to the value of $28.50 and that was only after I stated I would go to 'the small claims tribunal' I will never shop there again. Poor customer service.
