Poor service from rental agents. Late reply to concerns if ever they reply to emails, they do not take phone calls. I am tenant and not happy . Took almost 10 months before they send someone for repair request. Beware landlords and potential tenants.. This property management is not worth your stress.. Move away from this mob... far, far away !

Went yo inspect a property on Beach road Mentone, was there at 3.55pm inspection was at 4. A man who actually looked homeless with acratty old jumper and loose dirty jeans, approached me and said can't get the keys so no inspection. Next day get told please apply forbthis property after expressing your interest after inspection. What I think this may of been a scam. Very disappointing. I also emailed company no reply. Be careful be warned. Next level property management very suss.
