We brought our Musso in to have a fitting fixed that was incorrectly installed in Mt Gambier SA. about 4 weeks ago. We were told it would take most of the day. We were not offered a courtesy car or a lift into town. We are both in our 70’s and my husband is 3 months into recovery from a stroke. This should be a warranty claim but upon our return to the dealership we were presented with an invoice of $460 and we’re told that the car would not be released until it was paid. MT Gambier dealership agreed to pay for the repairs but as yet we still cannot take our vehicle. Not even remotely happy with SSANGYONG Newcastle!!!
