If I could give a 'no star' review, thats what i would do to this business. The doctor - Wafik Latif - was good, and gentle, the lady doctor just rambled on about stuff we all know, talking to you like you're the most stupid person to walk. The receptionist was incredibly rude and unhelpful, expecting me to know exactly what happens with getting a blood test and everything, even though its my first time getting one in Australia. I don't have medicare, so I had to pay $50 each time I spoke to a doctor, and they don't give test results over the phone like most doctors, so that was an unexpected $100 just to talk to doctors - $50 more than I planned for - and I wasn't notified that it would cost to get a blood test either .... Very, very helpful... ¿¿ I went in here because I needed my bloods tested urgently and my doctor wasn't doing them in the afternoons.. Such a big, big horribly expensive mistake. I will never recommend this place to anyone, and will avoid it permanently.
