Neuroads is a neuroaffirming neuropsychology practice led by clinical neuropsychologist Dr Garance Delagneau, providing assessments for children, adolescents and adults from age 3 onwards.

When attention, learning, behaviour or development questions are difficult to untangle, Neuroads provides assessment that helps people feel understood rather than reduced to labels. A neuroaffirming perspective views these differences as natural variations while still supporting areas of need, so assessments are strength-based, collaborative and focused on the whole person.

Services include ADHD assessment, autism assessment, cognitive (IQ) assessment, learning assessment, functional capacity assessment, trauma-informed assessment and full neuropsychological assessment, plus supervision and clinician consultation. Neuroads is a strong fit for complex or overlapping presentations involving neurodiversity, trauma and learning needs.

Based in Wollongong, Neuroads travels to regional and remote communities across NSW several times each year to bridge service gaps and reduce wait times, with hybrid telehealth support where appropriate. Assessments start from $1,800.
