I ordered 20 premium red roses for my partner in advance to make sure the ordered works be smooth.
On the day of my partners birthday I receive a call, starting they don't have 20 red roses and I would have to choose another colour. It's not what I paid for.
Ended up having to pick half red and half pink roses ad the call I received was at lunchtime, so it was too late to order it from someone else and get it delivered.
I was told the latest the flowers would be delivered was 5pm.
So I called my partner at I was heading home and flowers hadn't been delivered by 5pm.
I reach out to find out where my order was and the response was its been dispatched.
Just as I get home 6:20pm the delivery arrives.
Really poor service and care factor.
