I asked for SNS French manicure nails. I showed a photo of what I wanted. After waiting for 20 mins, a nail technician rushes over and did such a rush job on my nails. Firstly she did I not do SNS as I requested. She just painted with shellac on my short nails. And she did not put tips on as I asked when I showed the photo. She botched the French manicure on my right thumb and hastily painted over it leaving roughness on the nail and air bubbles everywhere. I could have had my five year old niece do a better job. Terrible customer service and a rush job. If you want a good experience at a nail salon, do NOT go here.
