Feedback on Natural Hearing and Beltone Serene 1762S Hearing Aids, June 2025. I'd like to say how happy I am to be a client of Natural Hearing, probably for over 10 years now. I was fortunate enough to meet Vinay Kumar when he had just established his first Office in Healesville, and he and Natural Hearing's staff have given me exceptional service ever since. Everyone has been very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and helpful.  Consequently, his business has successfully expanded significantly over the years. I have had three sets of hearing aids, but what has prompted me to write, is having now upgraded to a pair of Beltone Serene 1762S hearing aids. The improvement in my hearing with these hearing aids has been astonishing.  I am now able to hear speech and musical instruments in songs that I haven't been able to enjoy for years.  The technical sophistication of these hearing aids is extraordinary.  The first time I wore them, after approximately 20 seconds the background noise from the heater in my room "disappeared".  The hearing aids had determined it was background noise and automatically reduced it.  I also have an app to alleviate my tinnitus and a very comprehensive app to enhance music. These Beltone hearing aids are allowing me to enjoy the best hearing possible at my stage in life, and I would very highly recommend them, and Natural Hearing, to anyone with significant hearing loss.
