Natural Healing & Wellness offers kinesiology and energy healing in person in Woonona, Wollongong and online worldwide.

Renae O'Flaherty is a certified kinesiologist, energy healer and Reiki Master with over ten years of experience working with the emotional and subconscious root cause of what the body is carrying. Using Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology and muscle reflex testing, Renae works with the subconscious mind to identify and release stress, fear, trauma and old patterns that have been quietly directing health, relationships and daily life from below the surface.

Clients often arrive having tried other approaches — therapy, mindset work, self-development — and finding that something still feels stuck. That is not a failure. It is a signal that the work needs to go somewhere different. Somewhere the mind cannot reach on its own. Kinesiology and energy healing work at exactly that level — the body, the subconscious and the emotional root of what has been running underneath.

Sessions are available one-to-one in person in Woonona and online worldwide via Zoom. Every session is body-led and tailored entirely to what surfaces — there is no fixed programme and no agenda beyond what the body is ready to reveal.

Offerings include:
-One-to-one kinesiology and energy healing sessions — a standalone two-hour session finding the emotional root of what the body is carrying and supporting its release.
-Introductory Energy Review — a 45-minute introduction to the work at $75, with the full amount credited toward the Held container if proceeding within 30 days.
-Held Circle — a small monthly online healing gathering of up to ten people, weaving together kinesiology, energy work and holistic practice around a different theme each month.
-Held Container — a three-month one-to-one journey for those ready for deep and lasting change. Four sessions, ongoing support and a level of continuity that goes well beyond a single session.
-Reiki Training and Certification — workshops from Level One through to Reiki Master, held in Woonona in small intentional groups.
