If you were involved in I.T. for a small to medium business in the early 2000s, you’ll probably remember that there was a huge gap between the standard of support you received when compared to the larger corporations. It didn’t matter what managed I.T. service provider you chose, if your business was not “big”, there would always be a few things missing… like technical expertise, consistent service and accountability.

But then, in 2003, our founder and director changed all that. Alex Butera grew so tired of the differences in I.T. service between big and small business, he decided to prove it didn’t have to be that way... and National IT Solutions came to be.
