Description
We now have 39 aged care beds (including one respite bed) a ten bed acute hospital and an Emergency Stabilisation Service. In 2008 a six home retirement village was completed on the grounds overlooking Lake Nagambie and in 2009 the Board changed the organisations name from Nagambie Hospital to Nagambie HealthCare to better reflect the services we provide.
Company description
In 2010 the Nagambie HealthCare Community Health Centre was built co-located to Nagambie HealthCare. From here various medical and allied health services are provided to both the patients and residents of Nagambie Healthcare and to the Nagambie Community. A comprehensive range of services is offered to residents. In addition to providing services from within our facility access to a wide range of services operating within the wider local community is also available. The following are some of the services offered to residents of Nagambie HealthCare: 24 hour Nursing Care, Care Planning, Medical Care, Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Optometry, Leisure and Interests, Bus trips, Complimentary Therapies, Hairdresser, Clothing and Laundry, Telephone.
