Can't recommend. Have used them twice. First time was for a service & to replace 2 globes. They missed replacing the globes & said brakes would need doing in a few months time. 6 months later I return due to leaking coolant & engine noise. I was booked in for a full safety check. I mentioned that they had not replaced the globes last time to the manager J***, who denied it being possible. No way would they miss replacing globes on a service (never mind that I had specifically mentioned the globes on booking) - so I am lying apparently ?? So $1036 later they have replaced the water pump, 3 globes & the timing belt. My van seems to be running well (They actually kept it for 2 days, due to servicing of one of their hoists - which I didn't complain about but made it clear that I needed it for the weekend - Easter) but the oil light was on ? I returned straight away only to have J*** inform me that the oil light was on when I brought the car in !!! It wasn't. J*** backed his claim by saying "we wrote it down" (but didn't mention it to me or quote to fix it for some reason) & he assured me that there was oil getting to the engine and it would not be a problem. I left perplexed and annoyed (basically I'd been called a liar & fobbed off again) & noticed that there was no mention of my brakes needing doing. So did they not check them during the safety check - or were they lying 6 months ago ?? I got home and mentioned the situation to my neighbour - a former car mechanic. He was concerned & said I should take it back. Of course by this time J*** the manager had taken off (30 mins earlier than he had said he'd be) & the mechanic I spoke to assured me the car wouldn't seize but would not put anything in writing for me - for that, I would have to of course see the manager, J***...in 2 days time !! So now I have a new problem that I'll have to pay someone else (out of my disability pension) to fix. Wake up J*** !!
