Beware Unreliable builders!! The initial meeting appears to be with professional and thoughtful builders. They provide attractive quotes to entice you but fail to fulfill their promises. They tend to use low-quality materials and employ unlicensed or inexperienced tradespeople to save money. Ultimately, it is the clients and homeowners who bear the consequences.
