Mount Lawley Squash and Fitness Centre is located on 340 Walcott Street Coolbinia (Near the cnr ARDROSS & WALCOTT St, near Real Estate & hairdressers- closer to Dogswamp Shopping Centre & Wanneroo Rd End) Have Fun & get fit at the same time! We are more a FUN-Club & more social than a full on Pennants Squash Club. We have 5 squash courts for hire 7 days a week. Just a beginner? Why not try Racketball, the ball is very bouncy so you can get lots of rallies & it is a faster game too! Racketball is also great for players that can run all day & like to sweat the pounds off. Mt Lawley Squash has been around since the 1970's and before that was the old cinemas. So it is definitely worth coming to have a look at the building and you can get fit as well. Did you know...in just 10 minutes of SQUASH will burn a MASSIVE 585kj... compared to TENNIS which only burns 290kj? That means in an hour at the same intensity you could burn approx 3510kj or nearly 900cal!!! Not only will you feel like you've had a great workout with all the running, stretching, lunging & swinging...squash is a strategic game which helps build mental skills. Squash is like physical chess. Squash can be played by young school kids and up to people in their 70's and 80's. The best part is it is a simple game to learn with minimal injuries. Corporate days are most welcome.
