Description

More than massage. Every treatment includes a thorough assessment, clinical reasoning, hands-on therapy and tailored exercises to address the cause of your pain, not just the symptoms.

Company description

Move Better with Roxy is a remedial and sports massage clinic based in Teneriffe, Brisbane, helping active adults and athletes move better and stay pain-free. Specialising in sports massage and remedial massage, Roxy works with lifters, runners, HYROX athletes, fighters, and busy professionals dealing with pain, tightness, or recurring injuries. Each session includes a thorough assessment, hands-on treatment (including dry needling, cupping, and joint mobilisation), and practical movement advice to address the root cause of the issue. If you’re looking for sports massage in Teneriffe, Newstead or Brisbane, this is not a relaxation massage. The goal is to help you understand your body, improve movement, and get long-term results.
