When purchasing our house in 2015,we requested them to apply for a stampduty exemption months before the settlement date. They didn't submit the form on time. After waisting time to sign the same form 3 times, 5 months after the settlement date, the stampduty refund cheque finally came with a surprisingly extra fee as "due to the service has been done after the settlement" which should be done BEFORE the settlement date if not due to their negligence of duty, irresponsibility & horrible customer service. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND this conveyancer at all. Took 5 months & signed the same form 3 times to get the job done due to Monica & her staff's negligence of duty, irresponsibility, & horrible customer service. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND this conveyancer at all.
