Took in a brand new $300 watch for a simple band swap, came out with a scratched watch face and loose watch band despite the employees confidence. Charged me $20 to destroy the watch.
Took it to a professional watch maker and he couldn't believe the damage they had caused.
Never again, please spare yourselves the money and heartbreak!
