Because we understand small business Minuteman Prahran was launched by Vivienne and Nick Kane back in April 2000. We started our careers respectively as a Speech Pathologist and Electronics Engineer, and then worked as both employees and owners in a variety of small businesses. We were print buyers in many of those roles, and can relate to the frustration that comes with a disappointing print marketing project or a poor quality product. What that means is we understand what it’s like to be in your shoes. We’ve both worked on the front line with customers full time since we opened Minuteman, so we’ve built up a huge bank of knowledge and experience. We’ve also created a circle of trusted advisors in all the specialities of print and marketing. We know the essential steps for success with print, and we have the production team to deliver it, including a graphic designer and digital print specialist, offset printing machinist and bindery and finishing specialist. After hours We’re married (yes, it’s possible to combine business with pleasure!) and have an empty nest and 3 Gen Y children. We love to travel, and have had 4 fabulous trips to SE Asia in the last 4 years. Italy is next on the list.
