As a nationally registered health practitioner in Australia, I am trained to assist Clients with a wide variety of concerns. I am a registered Medicare Australia Provider and also work with other insurers – please enquire for details. My therapeutic approach is specifically beneficial where Clients are finding it difficult to use their natural coping and/or require assistance due to the overwhelming nature of their concern. In my work as a psychologist / psychotherapist / coach/ counsellor, I literally helped thousands of Clients and am comfortable working with a wide range of issues, including Stress, Anxiety, Depression, BiPolar, mood disorders, Trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Anger Management, Gambling or Substance Addictions, Self Esteem and Confidence, Motivation, Sport / Executive/ Creative Performance Enhancement, Social / Relationship Concerns, Life / Career direction, Couple and Marriage concerns, Work-Life Balance and others. My Clients are usually individuals, couples, adolescents, adults, athletes, professionals, survivors of trauma, assault, accident, or disaster, struggling with changing life stages, loss of physical function a loved one, and many others.

I believe human beings have an incredible ability to self heal. Sometimes, due to a variety of circumstances, it is difficult to connect with this ability. I assist my Clients develop ways of dealing with pain, help reconnect with their native sense of self and allow their life processes to take place. At the same time, I help my Clients choose a valued life direction and decide on practical ways to take effective steps within it.
