The acronym, MIMS, was derived from the original publication which was called Monthly Index of Medical Specialties. Our editorial staff has a passion to ensure purity and accuracy in the medical knowledge we supply to you. MIMS was introduced in New Zealand in late 2001. Initially as the country’s first integrated medicines resource in GPs workflow (Medtech32), closely followed by a desktop version for GPs as well as an integrated resource for pharmacy (Toniq Dispensary software). MIMS Asia MIMS Asia was launched in Asia over 40 years ago, and today serves medical professionals in 13 Asian countries, including China, India, Hong Kong and Singapore.
