New managers in Oatland Gardens Retirement Village. Husband and wife.
They are rude, controlling and intimidating bullies who harass residents.
Milstern, who employed them, is doing nothing to help us.
Those of us in Assisted Living apartments pay a monthly fee for services we are not receiving. It has just gone up $90.06 a month, we're pensioners.
Many residents have to go out of their way to use a different entrance to avoid any contact with the managers.
It is affecting the health of residents and we don't feel safe.
