Middle of Nowhere Creations is a small family run business located in the Northern Goldfields of Northwest Queensland on a cattle station.
We create gourmet preserves using fresh home-grown or locally sourced produce.
We create a wide variety of products from the hottest of sauces to the sweetest of jams. We create our preserves with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives and no fillers, just 100% goodness.
We make all preserves including jams, jellies, marmalades, chutneys, relishes, sauces, and pickles.
