I was looking for someone to update my dining chairs upholsery, and I wanted someone local. Internet search gave me Michelles Design Upholstery, and I was able to visit them. I was addressed politely and timely by Wayne, and after explaining what I need it, he was able to show me stock available and a quote on the spot. I came back with my 8 chairs seats in 1 hr and job was schedule to be ready by Monday. I was not surprised when I got a call back on Monday around 10am to let me know that job was ready. Excellent customer service, outstanding workmanship, Hubby was very impressed with attention to detail and quick response to our job. We will definitely recommend Wayne and his team.
