Michel's Patisserie is a popular coffee place with a great selection of tasty drinks and baked goods, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. Some customers have noted issues with the drink menu being difficult to see and a few had disappointing experiences with certain food items. One customer reported poor treatment from staff when they were not asked for a green tick before ordering. The baked goods, especially the carrot cake and sausage rolls, are frequently praised.
