I’m choosing to give Michael O’Neil no stars. I’m choosing to remain nameless but I was referred to Michael at cbd health. There is a high chance this review won’t make it online but.. WOW!!! Never in my life have I ever had such a horrible experience with a psychologist. I won’t go into specifics but not only did he not know how to treat but he also just focused on fitness and eating healthy.. now I know that’s a positive thing.. but to over emphasis it is troubling. Not only that but after telling him my life events and what I’m currently going through it all he asked me what I wanted from him.. I think with my depression ptsd etc etc it would be apparent being a psych you would know some skills/methods/insight into where we could go.. but no.. I had to tell him what my old therapists adv I need to work with them on.. and still he did not understand.. He said I need to go away and come back with how I’d like to work things out with him. He summed it up with just think positively. I told him of an incident which was violating and illegal that occurred and he said “ sometimes it’s best just to forget these kinds of things, you seem like it’s not effecting you. Some people just get stuck focusing on these things and that’s why they don’t move forward in life.. it’s best just to get over it” stunned and speechless I sat there as he asked when I wanted to rebook. I didn’t have the words to say never and booked in walked out and saw my doctor cause he was more therapeutic and I needed someone with sense to bring me back down! He is bulk billed but that’s no reason to keep seeing him. Stop now before he does some serious damage. This review is my own personal experience and my freedom of speech and right to leave a review!
