Pathetic customer service. Purchased a Cake Boss cake tin from a major retailer from this company. After several uses it began to stick more and more each time. Because I had not retained my receipt, but I still had Warranty/Instructions that came with the product, I contacted Meyer. I was told to post it to them and did so, only to receive it back in the post several days later, minus the Warranty card????? There was however a letterhead with their address which stated "No fault found" but no explanation as to how they concluded this. I rang the company questioning this and could tell I was being brushed off. I then contacted the store (BIG W Epping) and explained the events and was offered a refund even though I did not have the receipt. I offered to show that I purchased from their store from a Credit card statement, but was told it was not necessary. That's Customer Service! Do not purchase Meyer's products as there is no customer care whatsoever. The irony is that by time they paid for postage they could have simply replaced the product. Stay away, many similar reviews on the net.

I spent thousands of dollars on Anolon Cookware (bought through Myers Department stores) over the last 2-7 years. however, when my cookware has bubbles and burnt at the bottoms of most of the saucepans and frying pans. I have sent them for repairs. However, they were returned back to me as they were ' nothing wrong' with them. I do not think Meyer company is complied with their warranty as S****** cookware would. I am angry and I want everyone to know that DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS company Because they do not take their warranty seriously. Regardless how careful I followed their instructions on ' how to use and clean' it still bubbles, and the non stick has peeled off. I will make sure everyone knows my frustrations and would discourage them to buy any Anolon cookingware in the future 28/7/14. Very dissatisfied and unhappy customer. I am going to write to Fair Trading to mKe sure this company Meyer warranty policies is investigated. I wished I have bought S****** cookware instead.
