After 2 years of buying our lights I noticed the chandelier had some glass flowers missing which was most likely the installers fault and not the Melbourne lighting.
I called Melbourne lighting and explained to them and they contacted the supplier and mailed them to me.
This was such a nice thing to do and very rarely get after sales service like this.

We offer an in-home design service as well as in-store consultation and a huge range of diverse products, with the network buying power of over 44 retail stores, drawing on the variety of over 60 different lighting importers and suppliers. As well as offering design services we will also custom make fittings to order with specialty paint colours and finishes available across the whole range of product.
