I sat for an hour at Mitchelton Melanoma Scan today in a not overly full waiting room waiting for my appointment. Upon enquiry I was told I was next in the queue. Meanwhile the doctor I was assigned to see swanned around, chatting with a friend and going out with the friend. Having finally had enough of being treated with such disdain I left. Patient concern and care? What a joke. They are now minus 5 patients.
