The business appears to be a scam. They promised to email the eta upon receipt of payment within 24 hours. However, only a few days later, i received another email from them requesting me to download the Australia ETA app. It appears that they have no role in the application of the visa at all since the ETA app (government app) has no information on the application at all. There is no 24/7 support as per the website. I have sent several emails receiving no response. There is no tel number to call locally. It is definitely unnecessary to apply for a visa through them.
