Company description
Mears Refractory is the exclusive distributor in WA for Shinagawa Refractories Australasia Pty Ltd ("Shinagawa"). Shinagawa manufactures a range of brick, castable, mortar, mouldable and specialised monolithic to suit most heat containment applications. Our vast product range is supplemented with materials from other global refractory companies such as Shinagawa Refractories (Japan), Allied Mineral Products, Isolite Refractories and more.
Shinagawa is the largest manufacturer and supplier of quality refractory and insulating materials in the Australasian region. We operate three state of the art, ISO9001 accredited production facilities. One factory is situated in Unanderra (NSW), one in Kwinana (WA) and the other in Huntly, New Zealand. Each site features modern production equipment, streamlined manufacturing methods and dedicated quality conscious workers.
