I have filed a formal complaint with OMARA about this agent and two others before me have done the same. I enlisted Chris as my agent as we are encouraged to use government registered migration agents. He proceeded to miscommunicate, mislead, misrepresent and did not submit my Employer sponsored visa application which he said he was doing. I have all correspondence documented and he outright lied and misled myself and at leas two others that I'm aware of. Do not use his services. I have lost my life of 13 years that I worked hard for and my job of ten years. I do not want this to happen to anyone else.

Chris McGrath completely took my money and forgot about my case, never followed my case and never reply correctly to migration requirements, i was illegally in australia while i was thinking i was on "bridging visa", migration refused my visa application due to Chris negligence and i spent 10 days in detention centre, and he still not refund me. i will legally take him to court and will be reported to mara... if anyone needs information about this case i can provide full details with australian border force evidence. interested write an email to [email protected]
