We came to the Murrumba Downs store on Saturday 18th January 2020. This is our local & always treat our 7yo granddaughter when she comes to stay. Our order was ok. We chose seating nearest the play area. The store was very quiet at 11.41am, with only a few customers. The tables & chairs were filthy with food scraps all over so was the floor, WE cleaned our chosen table & seats ourselves. The vinyl padded seats were very badly cracked/broken. The floor in the play area was disgusting with food wrappers, empty drink containers & general rubbish. It was an extremely disappointing experience. We will be reconsidering visiting this store on our granddaughters next visit. No we didn't complain/comment our experience to the crew on the day, we couldn't be bothered.
