Ordered a coffee through drive through, they gave it to the car in front, when I pulled up they went to hand me my coffee. I asked for a new one as it was a few minutes and covid is still a thing. When the barista sarah was asked to make me a new one she started to complain and call me a female dog about me being annoying, when I asked another staff member to tell her to stop talking about me, she got even louder and said I was wasting her time. I’m was very polite about asking for a new coffee as I am working as a nurse, then made to feel like I was a nobody…When I called the place no answer, I called the regional office, no answer and no reply!
