Terrible service. They lost my package and don't want to refund. I've been through terrible times with them! The worst!

Sent 2 parcels in Jan 2023 to Poland. Never arrived. Noone to contact. Noone answering calls or txt msg. 2 parcels vanished. Polish counterpart advised they do not have these parcel numbers even registered. MazurCargo does not pick up phone. Sydney courier also not contactable. Look elsewhere if you want your belongings to reach destination.

We have sent several parcels from Melbourne to the Czech Republic. We received the first few but the rest never arrived. They told me to contact the company in Poland which I did through email but no answer. Not even from the owner in Melbourne we spent 1000nds of $$ this is outrageous wouldn't recommend to anyone

Unfortunately, had a bad experience with Mazur Cargo as well. Last year 2021 in June sent a parcel to Europe. It has never been delivered. Tried a few times to contact them with no response or any feedback. Very disappointed with the customer service!

I was sent 2 parcels from Australia to France in July 2014. October the first I contacted this company to notice them of my new adress. After several emails and many delays from them I received ONE parcel mid december. I contacted them again to know about my secomd parcel . Lack of prefessionalism they told me to contact the carrier in France, because apparently they had my second parcel in their storage room. After many phone calls ( they ended by knowing me as soon from my voice) the french comfirmed that the parcels were sent to Poland end october( due to my change of adress) So ok, I received one parcel right but what about the other. I emailed many , many times to Mazur Cargo and told them that they better do find my parcel ( they wanted me to sign a authorisation for them to find my parcel, a joke!) by the end of february 2015 or pay the insurance, becuse really I am tired of all this, even if the books in my other parcel were very precious to me. I haven't any heard from them for the last 3 weeks! Do not trust them!!!
