Mayers Brendan, Caloundra, QLD

After graduating from the University of Queensland in 2002, Brendan joined Caloundra Physiotherapy Centre at the beginning of 2003. He strongly believes in leading by example, keeping fit through surfing and involvement with local boardriders and Christian surfers. Brendan has a wealth of knowledge in physiotherapy, including:

-Manual therapy techniques for spinal pathology; - Use of real time ultrasound to facilitate deep muscle joint stabilisers; -Acupuncture techniques; -Temporomandibular or jaw joint problems (e.g. clicks, grinding, restricted opening); -The often complex psychological implications that pain and disability incur, and the need to educate and ensure that the patient understand these processes through recovery.

Brendan works at both our clinics throughout the week, with the addition of working out in Beerwah on Monday afternoons.
