This man is a crook. We were bitten by him, it cost us a lot of money, and thank heavens our pool is now in the hands of reputable pool restorers. Beware! Beware! beware! I had to put a star to get this review published. Minus 5 stars!

Dont deal with these people they are Shonks. Reno lasted 2 1/2 years, paint coming off everywhere.Said it was normal wear and tear

had my pool renovated by this company 3 years ago in the last 12 months the paint has been coming off the bottom and the sides of the pool when contacted in a nic e manner they came out and sais seeing as you have a water problem we can't do anything as pool will lift out of ground well how interesting they took my $10000 payment and no word was mentioned of pool paint being inferior painting has nothing to do with water problem it is a disgraceful mess would never recommend this company after my experience

I engaged Gary Maxworthy to restore my pool in September 2013 and had nothing but trouble. The quality of the repairs to the fibreglass were sub standard and he flat out refused to acknowlege that a better job could be done and told me that the bad workmanship could be seen once the pool was filled (which it could). It was then painted with two coats of a product called Luxapool and the finish was also sub standard. I had to argue for a third coat, which he did do, but then had to get them back to remove paint from the jets & tiles because they could't be bothered taping them up prior to painting. He fitted a faulty hydrostatic valve which leaked and I had to empty 50000 litres out of the pool at my expense to re fill so he could replace it. A year later I had to empty it again so he could repair 50 c piece size bubbles that began to appear an repainted it again. Another 50000 litres of water I had to pay for. I fastidiously maintain the pool chems and now the Luxapool product is always chalky and stains our feet when we get in the pool and need scrubbing almost monthly to look any good. All up it was $9000 wasted. He is rude and arrogant, use these guys at you own risk.

This is really good to get an efficient service with your professional employees. Also, your affordability and reliability is too good. I am so happy with your list of quality products.
