Quel, 12 years ago
Just received my online order for mascot kebab. So furious about how they handled the situation. Food was 45 mins late, to what the delivery time was. Delivery driver was lost and had to call for directions. He did not apologize for being so late once he finally arrived. Then when we open our food it's the wrong order! Had to ring up and ask for a manager to finally get "sorry it's busy I will fix it for you." Not going back there for a very long time if ever!
