Mascot Charcoal Chickens is known for its generous portions of delicious and moist charcoal chicken, great food selections, and friendly staff. The ambiance may be small and crowded, but the value for money is excellent. Customers highly recommend the shnitzel burgers, gravy, and Portuguese. Some have expressed disappointment with dry or roasted chicken instead of charcoal, and inconsistent food quality. Overall, the positive reviews outweigh the negative ones.
