The Marschall family from it's agricultural beginnings in the late 1950's in South Australia moved to North West New South Wales which was a step to new beginnings.After developing the property for grain production and the introduction of wheat boards quota's an investment was made to purchase a semi-trailer to haul grain to new markets.In 1974, the first aluminium-tipping trailer in the area was purchased. The family today operates a number of aluminium trailers including B Doubles and Road Trains to haul grain into feedlots in South East Queensland.Due to ill health in July 1986 Mr R.F.B Mann sold Mann's Transport which has commenced operation in early 1950 with one second hand Chevrolet lend lease truck and one International truck, concentrating on general local haulage. By the end of 1950 country mail deliveries for Australia Post were being carried out, this work continued for twenty five years
