Marrickville Marauders is a not-for-profit, local community sporting club sharing dynamic and exhilarating sport of fencing with athletes of all ages and backgrounds.
Company description
The Marrickville Marauders Fencing Club is a friendly local sporting club based at the Marrickville PCYC for fencers of all ages - from budding youths to adults and senior athletes. Under the leadership of head coach Jess Brooks and a team of nationally accredited coaches, the club has been hosting a vibrant, challenging and supportive community since 2009.
With a rich history and one of the few original modern Olympic sports, modern fencing is a safe, exciting and dynamic sport that develops the skills of body and mind to work together for success. The sport is well suited to developing coordination and strategic thinking in youths, and offers many opportunities for competitive athletes.
