Unreliable and discourteous. My first appointment was cancelled at short notice (15 mins). And when I arrived for my rebooked appointment, she wasn't home. I waited for 30 mins. I called multiple times. I texted multiple times. I sent an email. Two weeks have passed and there has been no response. It's plain rude and disrespectful.
