The Marian Centre has a professional team of seven clinicians, administrators and therapists. These comprise:
Dr Martin Chapman M.B.B.S. (UWA), FRANZCP – Chief Executive Officer. A consultant psychiatrist, Dr Chapman’s chief interests are the psychiatric aspects of medical illness, psychopharmacology and the development of hospital programs.
Mrs Dale Nelligan – Chief Operating Officer. Mrs Nelligan’s areas of interest are in the development, design, and improvement of the systems that create and deliver the highest level of quality care.
Mr Ross Cowin BSc Nursing, Director of Nursing and Therapy. Mr Cowin’s chief interest is in child and adolescent mental health.
Dr Jaroslaw Komeda-Hryniewicki M.B.B.S. (Flinders, SA), FRANZCP, Certified Child Psychiatrist, Medical Director. Dr Komeda-Hryniewicki’s area of principal interest is in psychotherapy in the group setting.
Roselyn Ryan, Health Information Manager. Ms Ryan’s responsibilities include managing the practice’s medical records, clinical coding and data auditing.
Lyn Purdue BScOT, Grad Dip Th. Senior OT & Therapy Manager. Ms Purdue’s work draws on her expertise in the following models - Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy and Mindfulness. Lyn also has a post graduate background in theology and qualifications in hospital chaplaincy.
