Our experience was disappointing in several key areas. Despite a specific request being communicated, there appeared to be little effort to accommodate it or acknowledge it. There was a tendency to assume rather than to understand or clarify personalised requests. This approach led to not reflecting the needs or expectations that were communicated. Additionally, at a time when discretion and sensitivity are paramount, it is disappointing that the level of confidentiality families should reasonably anticipate cannot be offered during the service. It is worth noting that the catering was handled with care and competence. The staff member involved in that aspect was attentive and organised, and her contribution stood out positively against the broader experience. Overall, the experience reflects a need for greater attention to client communication, privacy, and punctuality. I hope this feedback assists in improving the consistency and quality of care offered to future clients.

This is very beautifully kept, well set out and the service was as expected however I was dismayed when the curtain came around without allowing people to spend a last moment with the deceased. This was upsetting for a number of those who came to pay their last respects - couldn't the curtain have been drawn aftter everyone had left the chapel? It was even more upsetting to hear the furnace start when all guests were saying goodbyes in the carpark. This was in extremely poor taste!!
