This is very beautifully kept, well set out and the service was as expected however I was dismayed when the curtain came around without allowing people to spend a last moment with the deceased. This was upsetting for a number of those who came to pay their last respects - couldn't the curtain have been drawn aftter everyone had left the chapel?
It was even more upsetting to hear the furnace start when all guests were saying goodbyes in the carpark. This was in extremely poor taste!!
