David Scarrabelotti heads cattle procurement, processing and quality control for Makani. He works closely with Paul to ensure the cattle meets Makani’s rigorous quality control standards. Paul Kasparian’s expertise is in marketing and management. He continues to develop brands and look for business opportunities for Makani.
