I specialize in repairing you fence to bring it back to the way it was when it was new. My job is to get your fence looking the way it should. The process for this is to rebuild the top part of the fence if required, and put on a new roll top. This rejuvenates the fence and protects it. It will make sure that the fence is long lasting.
The reason for the degree of weathering and deterioration is the density of the fence when it was initially packed, and the type of brushwood e.g. dry or old brushwood, wiring and clipping spacing, the tension of the wires, and the shade available to the fence. Like all fences made from natural materials the amount of sun is a factor.
The fence usually needs a new roll top after about 7 to 10 years, and it can last for about 20-25 years before it needs to be repaired. That is if it was correct constructed. I am a licensed fencer Lic. No. 75221C.
