Maitland Community Care is a not for profit community managed business providing a range of services to support frail, aged and younger people with a disability to remain living at home within the Maitland Local Government Area. The organisation is managed by a Board of Management. A Directors term is normally for 3 years. Nominations for 3 directors are called for and they are elected at the Annual General Meeting. The Board employ a General Manager to manage the organisation on a day to day basis and is responsible for efficient and effective running of the organisation and the management of all assets and resources.
