I have been going to the centre for several years and have always been amazed at the results of every treatment. Richard is a highly skilled and knowledgeable practitioner who takes the time to discuss my health concerns before proceeding. I feel considerably better after each visit. Joanne is always welcoming and I feel valued as a client. The massage therapists are highly skilled and tailor the massage to target areas of concern, providing relief from tight muscles and pain. The combination of acupuncture and remedial massage improves movement and alleviates symptoms and root causes of my discomfort including frozen shoulders, migraines, and neck pain. Highly recommended.
