Core Stability Classes

You can make a great improvement to how your body works by boosting your core stability, . Improved core stability frequently results in less back and neck pain and fewer headaches. Knowing how to better align the body can help to reduce knee hip and shoulder pain.

At Macquarie Street Physiotherapy we run small group core stability classes with no more than 4 participants. By doing this, the physiotherapist who manages your class can keep an eye on everyone closely, and prevent any type of exercise which may not be appropriate for you.

In our practice gym, mat classes are conducted . In these classes we make use of Swiss balls, resistance bands, dumbbells, steps and balance boards. Because of this, the classes becomes challenging and worthwhile, and even more important, it becomes efficient.

We also offer 1:1 exercise sessions on a week or monthly basis.
