I was referred here by a shop in the centre when I purchased my dress. I saw some negative reviews however i though i would give it a go anyways and i'm glad that i did! i think this will be my new spot for tailoring. when i walked in i was greeted with warmth and professionalism. the tailor listened attentively to my preferences and concerns and were really open to what i was saying. maybe the management and staff have changed since the last negative reviews because whoever fixed up my dress did an amazing job. it fit perfectly and all of my concerns were evidently addressed. i'm guessing the other reviews stem from isolated incidents or misunderstandings because based on my firsthand experience, i can definitely say that this tailor deserves more recognition for their outstanding work. i would highly recommend giving them a chance, as they may pleasantly surprise you with their expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction
